Ludlow lost to a mediocre to average Taylor team. If Taylor could have cut down on some mistakes too, I know they would have scored at least once more. Carroll is a good team and very well coached. With the game being at Carroll, I just think that they will come out ready to play and will run all over Ludlow. Only throwing the ball to keep Ludlow honest on defense.

I do not think CC has scored 48 yet this year, but this Friday will be the first time this season that they will! It will a long bus ride home for the 0-2 Panthers!!:thumb:

I think I heard someone say if Taylor was in Ky they would be a 4A school. Yeah they are not world beaters, however if they played football in Ky they would do alright. They also from what I have seen and heard of Carroll Co, Taylor brought a lot more to the picture offensively than Carroll brings. You talk about Taylor cutting down on some mistakes, but you said you saw the game. So if you saw the game, the team that made the most mistakes was obviously Ludlow, and they still was right in it. If Ludlow had cut down on just even half their mistakes, then Ludlow wins that game. So if mistakes hurt anyone in the game it was Ludlow not Taylor. I mean Ludlow gave Taylor 8 points in that game.

So I predict the same outcome as it has been the last 5 years in this series and that is Ludlow winning again. In a low scoring game with the defense stopping that Carroll Co. offense that for someone reason you think would run down Ludlows throat. So as long as the offense and special teams don't give the other team points again, then it should be a fun ride home for the 1-1 Ludlow Panthers. :thumb:

Ludlow wins...they don't shock anyone, they don't stun anyone, they don't pull off an upset...they will simply win the game.

I saw Ludlow and Caroll both play and they are two good teams, but I do think that Carroll being at home will go 3-0. The game will be physical and will end up to be a low scoring game.

Ludlow in a shocker 14-13

In a shocker? You act like Carroll Co. is this unstoppable team. I guarntee whoever wins this game, that it won't be a shocker. These are two very evenly matched teams. With Ludlow winning the last 5 games against Carroll, I don't see how in anyway that this game would be a shocker if Ludlow wins. Ludlow has a very good chance to win this game, and I think they will.

I completely agree with you. I saw this thread posting, and I was expecting to see posts about this being a knock-down-drag-out game in the dirt because things were so evenly matched. I guess I just don't see where all the Carroll Co. blowout talk is coming from...

That's where I sit on this. I fully expect it to be a nasty spit in your eye type ball game. Where the team with less mistakes puts it away late. Then there are people talking about CC scoring 48 and stuff.:idunno: I'm not sure there will be 48 points scored in the entire game.
