Are athletic trainers part of all the Kentucky public school budgets then, or is that just a Jefferson County Public deal?

We have a trainer that shows up on one afternoon a week after school. Trainers are not at practices for the sports teams. Coaches handle all of those duties of dealing with injuries, taping, handling players, rehabbing in most rural counties.

I believe CCH does as well for all sports.

Most of the schools in EKY don't have trainers at practices. It is unfortunate that the Coaches are expected to do those duties as well as Coach.

Bell County has one everyday I think. Or at least 3 days a week and on game nights.

Baptist Hospital Northeast supplies a trainer for all three Oldham County high schools at no cost to the school system... :thumb:
