October 7, 200916 yr I try to throw and run equally. I at least try to get Jacobs 15-20 carries per game with the Giants, and I also try to get Bradshaw 5-10 carries. I'm a lot better at throwing than I am at running, but I'm not bad at running. The only gripes I have with the game is the fact that it's extremely difficult to pressure the QB, but it's relatively effortless for them to hit your QB. Sometimes I'll have a good amount of time in the pocket, but if they blitz I'm in trouble. If I blitz when I'm on defense, usually every man gets blocked and someone will be wide open. What difficultly you play in?
October 7, 200916 yr What difficultly you play in? I use custom sliders. Some are higher than what All Madden is, some are lower.
October 8, 200916 yr I'm a beast at it. I usually play with the Chargers. Use the Jets defense because I like their blitz. I play with a buddy of mine usually every night, and he is finally getting the best of me. He gets me in the flats every time with the Giants.

I'd say slide your line on offense towards the blitz. You can commit on defense using L2 (then a combo of stuff will come up) you can tell your defensive line and LB's how to rush the passer, such as crashing inside things like that. From playing alot of these games, I'd say if you want to blitz go with the 3-4. You have a lot of differnt looks out of that. That's what I do. But then again, I play PS3 defense really unorthodox.
October 8, 200916 yr Anyone know any good plays? I play with the Bengals and just throw the ball needing to find a few plays. All I do is throw, and I run the Saints playbook. I wish you could use the college playbooks though for one play. 4 verticals out of 5 wide. I never use anything else until I get close to the goalline. It drives people online nuts. If you can find that give it a try, but I haven't seen it run the same way on Madden.

October 8, 200916 yr That play doesn't work online if you are playing someone good.:sssh: I've played some pretty good people online, and it really doesn't matter if you're smart. Some people blitz you and that's way to easy. Some sit back in a zone, and that's a touchdown when you user catch (I always do I don't trust the CPU). The Velcro 9 defense on NCAA10 is decent against it, but you just have to be patient. But, I'd be more than willing to play you and give you a chance to stop it. Maybe you'll throw something at me that I haven't seen.
