This is the same thing I've heard. I think the new guy is from the Philippines! I'd like to see them.

 

I thought he was from Korea and was discovered by Cain and Schon when he was singing for a Journey cover band. But after looking it up, you were correct, he is a Filipino.

Journey is not Journey without Steve Perry. I'll pass. And BTW really like the Eagles and Heart. Old REO is ok. I do not like any of their commercial stuff. I too had a friend that played PF ALL the time. It made me dislike them.

We took a "concert" road trip in 83 after we graduated high school and saw Def Leppard (Pyromania tour) with Krokus and John Butcher Axes (sp?) in the Louisville Gardens. The next day we drove to Lexington and saw Bryan Adams (Cuts Like a Knife tour) who warmed up for Journey (the Frontiers tour) in Rupp Arena. I must say it was an AWESOME trip.

Had a chance to go see em a couple of months ago In Knoxville and thought about it really hard but in the end I passed. I like em but just not enough to go to see em in concert.
