June 13, 200917 yr I love the sounds of it, just hope it improves him even more. Love the sound of this and how it shows dedication to the game. Sounds like Orton is a hard worker. I bet I could put them through some extensive training hanging tobacco. I'd love to see PPat on the bottom rail and Orton handing up.

I have hung tobacco....I was stuck on the wagon ...handing up..tuff work.
June 13, 200917 yr My only conern is stress fractures, or injury while training. It's just so easy these days. But if this guy puts them on a strict diet and they follow it, they should be golden come August.
June 13, 200917 yr This is the same guy that trained Blake Griffin from Oklahoma and from his freshman to Soph. year was a big time difference. This is a great move for Patterson and Orton.
June 13, 200917 yr I sure hope he is the best, after 8 weeks Patterson should be in monster condition. I just felt going from one coast to the other to train with the someone outside the KY program was odd to me. Don't we have a strength and condition coach? Hope he doesn't get any Jarmon like supplements. He doesn't believe in supplements.
