Unless you have information that I was unaware of. :lol: Again, I agree. In fact, I'm not sure it is possible for a state can be a "terrorist" state anyway. Having an identifiable territory with a government sort of precludes it from ever having that label. Of course, a state can support terrorism or literally terrify others, but I generally use the term "terrorist" to refer to persons or groups not affiliated with a state or location. Terrorism is also a tactic, but an important part of that is the absence a higher authority (such as a state) to hold accountable for those tactics.

That is the nature of mobile launch sites that are employed by many(most) nations.

Also you have to take into account that Seoul, South Korea is only about 30 miles from the DMZ.
May 29, 200917 yr The Mouse that Roared .Their military consist of over 1 million soldiers making it one of the largest in the world. Add in nuclear devices and I wouldn't discount this threat by any means

Add in nuclear devices and I wouldn't discount this threat by any means Nuclear weapons aside, Iraq in 1991 had the 3rd largest army in the world. Technology and tactics are extremely important, I would venture that their military hardware is not up to snuff by comparison. I am not discounting them, merely qualifying it by indicating that numbers aren't everything.
