May 24, 200917 yr Fisher is giving LA nothing. Losing Ariza will hurt and Dontae Jones is a punk. He has pushed Kobe in the back twice on layup attempts. Shane Battier did that a few times last series...but he's a great defender and all class. :idunno:

As the Duke fan in this thread, that is how I see it. I love both my Dukies though, regardless. The refs have gone from bad to worse, for both teams. Just awful.
May 24, 200917 yr Author I wouldn't count on it at this point. Although, I'll be honest. I really like the matchups vs. either Cleveland or Orlando much better than this Denver series. If, and it's a big IF at this point, LA makes it, I think we could see a repeat of last year when the C's struggled in a couple of series before trashing LA in the finals. I wouldn't be surprised if LA did that. But, if they keep it up, I'm going to be suprised to see them there. :cry: That's exactly how I feel. IF L.A. makes it to the finals, I think they have the easiest series they have had so far. Talk about battle tested.........

I still think they take at least 1 game in Denver whether it is this game or not.

May 24, 200917 yr Author Chauncey Billups is better at Reggie Miller's move than Reggie Miller was because Chauncey makes the shot. He flops so well on offense that he makes me think he should have been a Dukie....... That's the first 4th quarter free throw miss for Kobe this series.
