May 14, 200917 yr Author Did you catch the fielding display Rosales put on in game 1 yet? I saw the first two. The first one I had no problem with. Basically a hard hit ball that ate him up, but he kept it front of him, and got the out. The 2nd one, was pretty bad.

It should have been a double play. It was hit hard, but major league third baseman are supposed to make that play right? There's 2 more to check out.

I see major league third basemen get eat up with those type of hard hit balls all the time. You don't want to make it occur on a continuous basis, but that play didn't bother me.

May 14, 200917 yr Man, this team is exciting to watch. They run the bases so well. Never thought I'd be able to say that. What a difference getting some speed in the lineup has made.
May 14, 200917 yr Tavares with 3 more hits. Looks like he is what they've been missing for years... Pretty ironic too, a lot of people really disliked this signing. He seems like a perfect fit.
