March 31, 200917 yr Author What's the sticker on the Edge? She wants the Limited version which tops out at around $40K new with all the options. I'm trying to steer her towards an 08 with low mileage (15-25K miles). I would like to keep this under $25K even if we dont get all the creature comforts.

Don't sell yourself short and tell yourself or her a month from now..."I wish we got the sunroof" Thats what we did. Nav/sunroof/DVD system/3rd row/heated leather seats/power everything/Allwheel/ there is nothing left.

Skipped some things I would have liked.....especially all wheel drive in order to save some money. Every time I drive (or slide around) in the winter I curse our short sightedness. I always drive my cars 8 plus years. The next car I get will have everything I want, even if I have to buy a used one to get it.

April 1, 200917 yr Author LOL, I ain't spending 40 on anything. Thats MSRP, you can get it for around 35, but that ain't happenin either. Like I said, we usually buy used and get something a year or two old with a few miles on it but still under warranty. Thats what I'm looking for, but I don't know if I am sold on the Edge yet. I'm also not sure my vote counts for much since it will be her car. :lol:

Seriously, as much as dealers are wanting to move vehicles off their lots, you should definitely be able to get a good deal on a 2008 Edge.
