The thing is, if BG is sent packing, it will be mostly for the way he has handled certain situations, mostly off the court and not so much about wins and losses. In my opinion, this is what Mr. Lee Todd is so upset about. So no, BG and OTS are not getting called out for the same things. Tubby would of never been fired, or asked to leave because of the way represented the School, I'm sure of that.
