It's generally like this every year. I doubt either squad, in the history of the game, has ever had the full complement of 16 players. Doing it this way ensures that those who do participate get plenty of PT.

Sure they will. Of 16 possible players for each squad, usually they end up with 8-9 players apiece.

So Jamel Riley from Holmes is on the East but Holmes coach David Henley is coaching the West?
