The KHSAA board member is from Letcher Central. They aren't moving.

 

He also chairs the basketball comm. I answered the why.

5 team-with Montgomery will not happen.

If Letcher Co schools are my only stumbling block then lets keep them in the 14th and move Knott Co schools to the 15th.

We can leave Letcher Co Central and Jenkins in the 14th region in the 53rd with Hazard and Perry Co Central.

 

On another note what is the status of June Buchanan? Are they closing?

Hazard and Perry will probably stay with Buckhorn and Leslie.

 

The 53rd would keep Letcher, Jenkins and Cordia.

I have been told that Lawrence Co. is headed back to the 16th

If Fleming leaves the 16th and goes back to the 10th and Lawrence Co. wants back in, it would be logical and possible that Morgan Co. would go back to the 61st district and Lawrence County to the 62nd. Keep the 63rd and 64th the same.

Who would take the place of Lawrence Co in the 15th?
