October 16, 200916 yr ttt Seems like everyone in their mother is on the Kings of Leon bandwagon. If I had a nickel for every person telling me they were going to see these guys, I would have a lot of nickels. They are not bad, but I guess I am missing out on what all the rage is about. I feel like it is the Coldplay hoopla of 5 years ago. Maybe I need to give it another shot. My daughter LOVES Kings of Leon....I can't stand them. On the flip side, I LOVE Coldplay, and they are the only band I have any desire to see live at this point. My daughter hates them. My son loves them, though, so I feel like I'm still cool.

October 16, 200916 yr I like their music. Actually both of my sons do too. Now my wife, she doesn't like them. :sssh:
October 16, 200916 yr I love them... Jim can probably recall that I didn't understand either a few months ago... But I kept listening and picked up all the albums.. And they've been a constant in my car ever since. I only wish I'd discovered them sooner, I hate being late to a party. I caught the concert over the weekend, and thought they were excellent.
October 17, 200916 yr What? No love for U2? :idunno: Given that the liklihood of affording a ticket to a U2 concert is a million and one shot for me, no.
