Completely agree! It's just like starting over doesn't matter what happened all year long it has nothing to do with anything during the tournaments. One loss and it's all over regardless of how many teams you have beaten, how many losses you have, or how much of a favorite you are. It's win or go home!

I am happy with the draw!!! GO CARDS and good luck to the rest of the teams!!! You have to beat tough teams at tournament time.

I see the whole schedule as being crazy. I used to love those double sessions on Wed and Thurs , semis on Fri and Finals on Sat. Do you realize that these kids won't play for 9 days between the district finals and the 1 st game of the regionals.:confused:

You do realize that the Ninth had a contract (a three year deal to boot) with the BOKC before the Tenth (one year contract only) did, so of course they got the short end, so to speak. If you ran the BOKC who do you think you would have pleased first!

How has Rogers been doing since cleared to play? I know he works very hard so I would think his conditioning is okay.

 

Thanks for asking. He is getting used to the mask. I was worried about his conditioning too, but he is such a strong young man he is doing great in that area. He is just so thankful that he was allowed to return to the court this year.

 

On the matchups, I see Harrison vs Montgomery and Mason vs Brossart as great 1st round games.

I like Harrison Co vs Mont Co as the best team of the 1st Round.

So was those 5:00 games at Mason Co. Hey we are used to having to take off work early to attend games. Just hope we are playing Tuesday night.:thumb:

I would rather have the championship game played on a weekend, versus a weeknight. I think the crowd will really be down for the 10th region championship game. It is very sad that many people will not get to go because they won't be able to get to NKU by 6:00.

I would have split it up and played 2 of each regions games on Friday then 2 of each on Saturday that seems fair to me!

I'm not too sure about that. I expect a lot of 9th region fans to be there for the 10th region game, just as a lot of 10th region fans will stay after to see the 9th region championship. There should be 4 great teams in the finals. Assuming all 4 favorites make it, and Holmes/Boone are in opposite brackets, there would be 4 top 15 teams playing in the same venue that night. (Holmes, Boone, GRC, Mason Co)
