Besides I do not advocate Theocracy in any form. I do however advocate a PepRockracy. :dancingpa Additional question in first post, thus pretty much eliminating the possibility of answering yes or no with no explanation, as either would contridict it's self if the answer to both. And, I'll be moving to Canada if there's a PepRockracy. :scared:

I called a Bible talk show on WFIA 900 AM and asked a question, the guy asked me what church I belonged to I told him and he said I was going to Hell. :idunno: I called back the next day and asked for a face to face meeting. Funny...I usually get asked face to face, then get told I'm going to hell. :lol: Do you really want a face to face to hear the same?

That must be, for lack of a better word, a "southern" reaction to Catholicism. In NKY where Catholics are plentiful I don't know of anyone who has had such an experience.

Catholics are quite plentiful in Louisville as well, but there are large populations of Protestants here as well. If this is the incident I believe RM has in mind it was said by a native Louisvillian.

I would guess that as a rule (note: not everyone) the non-Catholics in the southern part of the country (and I'll say Louisville is in that group) have more of a problem with Catholics than those non-Catholics elsewhere. No data to back that up. Just a hunch.

No data to back that up. Just a hunch. Honestly Louisville is probably more Catholic than not, we aren't the minority in Louisville. Lexington and BG more so than here.

If yes, how would you decide which religions get a say? First, I meant our decisions as voters. But now that you mention it I would expect a Christian politician to be directed on issues based on his/her faith. Not as many are done now to get reelected.
