Most disappointing coaching move of the Wildcats staff was taking their team home at halftime of the Ladycats game and not staying to support their Ladycat counterparts.

Good job HC :thumb:

Nice win and balanced attack by Harrison. Congrats and best of luck in the finals and 10th region tournament. Tough night for the lone senior Trent Moeves who is the heart and soul of the Wildcats. Thanks so much for your leadership & loyalty to the program. You are the perfect model of what being a PC Wildcat means. Best of luck in your future endeavors young man. You will truely be missed. I am glad I got to know you and watch you play the game as it is suppose to be played. Again thanks for the memories and all the hard work.:thumb::notworthy:

You would think the boys would have stayed and supported the girls. Bad move on coaching staff.

I really like his game. He shows no emotion and never seems to get rattled. Pendleton will be extremly tough the next 4 years with him at the point. Keep your heads up Wildcats. You'll probably draw Harrison again for the next 5 years!! Like the past 5 years! Harrison finally won one of the first round games!

In reference to Monroe, that is his best quality. He goes about his business and plays with great composure. I look for him to really blossom into one of the state's best guards by the time he is a Jr/Sr.

I enjoyed watching this young man play. Nice post hoops.:thumb:

That is pretty sad and a bad move on Simms part. Wonder what he would have thought had the girls played first and left on the boys?:irked:

I think one of the keys to Harrison's win was their defense. Holding PC's leading scorer on the year to 4 points I believe. It was like he wasn't in the game. He hardly touched the ball at all.

That's what happens when you have a boy/girl doubleheader and the boys lead off. The boys team was not the only one to take off early as the PC student section only had about 10 students left after halftime. I understand Title IX and how hard the girls work, and by all accounts had a pretty successful year and I certainly respect that but facts are facts.

Its pretty easy to criticize a coaching staff under an assumed name I guess; have you voiced this concern to that staff or just decide to take a shot here?

Harrisons student section was crazy last night. The white out was a great way to help support the breds and fillies. I wish the best to Trent in his future.

To his credit, Coach Simms apologized to Coach Elliott today about the boys leaving at halftime.:thumb:

Very nice post...I echo these sentiments. A pleasure to watch him play.

My thoughts exactly. PC done just what HC wanted, leave him out of the game.
