Rumors of the Mustangs' demise have been greatly exaggerated!!! :thumb:

Rieger led all scorers with 23, Joe Webb and Drew Kremer with 14 each, and Jordan Armstrong with 10.

Cameron Speed held to 2. Cru led by Scott Volz with 10.

Brossart led 12-5, then trailed 21-14 just into the second period. We then outscored the Cru 18-6 for the remainder of the half, and then won the third and fourth quarters 35-20.

BB now 4-1 in the conference race.

The worst part was that this was senior night for the cru. I believe they were held to around 10% in field in the second half. Good game for the Mustangs. St. Henry just didn't come to play and the stangs played some great d.

Brian Wolfer's first game back from a broken foot. Mustang fans were reminded how much we missed him. Even if he does not score, he is a huge lift off of the bench. The Mustangs will take on Mason County Tuesday in Alexandria.

Would have been nice to have him vs NewCath. He is a big time help to this Brossart team.
