HOOPDR Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 (edited) Pendleton Co defeated Deming last night at the Devil Dome. Pendleton played very well last night and had 5 players in double figure scoring. Very balanced attack by the Cats. It was their 1st game in over a couple of weeks. HOOPDR Posted February 6, 2009 Author Posted February 6, 2009 Yes at Pendleton. Homecoming is tonight.
mcpapa Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 Yes at Pendleton. Homecoming is tonight. Isn't it unusual for a school that fields a football team to have homecoming during basketball season? Just wondering.
HOOPDR Posted February 6, 2009 Author Posted February 6, 2009 Unusual is the norm in Pendleton Co Papa
afi100guy Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 I heard that Mason Monroe led Pendleton with 16 points last night. Not too bad for an 8th grader :ylsuper::ylsuper:
polarwildcat Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 Deming played great defense on PC shooters & left Monroe open. They gave him the ball. They played as a team. Great win PC! Four other PC players were in double figures also - Moeves, Cooper, Walsh & Greene. Keep it up!

This is the reason why they don't win games that they should. Until the coach realizes that defense wins games this program will never improve to where it should be with the talent they have. On a side note Rex Schalch was dressed tonight and played a few minutes. Great to see you back on the court Rex!!
Qryche11 Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 Congrats to the Wildcats on a big win over a team that just knocked off the Brossart Mustangs. Monroe 16 pts.....has arrived. Nice Job Mason.

Jones & Ferrell are part of the team, not just the ones that score, even the bench are part of the team.
