If he wasn't a true Freshman he wouldn't be allowed to play he is a first time freshman. when adults take shots at 14-18 year old high school kids they are not acting like adults.

Everyone of you are blowing this way out of proportion...read post #11 and then post #22...follow the conversation....no one cares if they are "true" or not. If they are good enough to play...then they play!! Everyone wants to point out Pike's age status as opposed to his grade level....but when it comes to Hatton it's off limits??? Don't think so...Unfortunate as it is it will always be brought up, because whether you care to believe it or not it is an advantage, not just to the kid, but to the program as well..which is good for everyone. No one is taking shots at any of the kids. If facts are shots then this entire website is violating every kid. Don't use it to get on a soap box.
