Aaron Rayburn was outstanding for the Comets. Very smooth, can create and pull up from about anywhere on the court. With another year or two and more strength, Rayburn could be among the Regions best along with Elliott's Timmy Knipp. He is an outstanding basketball player.

 

Taylor Webb's and Matt Logan's athleticsim help the comets as well and Ace Puckett played strong inside.

 

The Cougars struggled shooting compared to Friday night and had some uncharacteristic turnovers. With the score at 27-26 at the half, I thought Morgan had some chances to take over in the 3rd but couldn't. The Cougars are among the regions best defensive teams and West Carter hit em up for a69. Only 1 other team (Elliott County) has score more than 55 points vs. the Cougars this season.

 

Cougars owe those Comets at somepoint!
