Liggins has played well, I just hate when he takes 3's early in the shot clock when he is not open.

 

That and his attitude are his biggest flaws.

Thats what I said in an earlier post is that others had to step up instead of relying on Meeks to score and looking to him the whole time and thats what theyve done today and will have to continue doing.

 

Besides Patterson, no one has really steped up IMO. There's a few peole with 2 or 4 points. UK will rely on Meeks and Patterson the entire season and there is nothing wrong with that.

Disagree, Patterson has gotten his points off some very nice pass's, as early on his back to the basket shots werent falling. I agree they will carry them but if some dont fill in around them it will be an early exit again in the big dance.

UK's D was very impressive the first half. Also, some nice ball movement. This team bears no resemblance to the team that began the year imo.

Defintley come leaps and bounds from where they were at the beging of the year but it seems they did the same exact thing last year, but hey Im not complaining.

If they can finish this game up I think they make a very strong case for the top 25. One thing Ive noticed is has Dennis Fulton got up from that chair and coached the whole game?

Kentucky will be fine with Meeks and Patterson handeling the scoring roles. They've already shown they can play with a very good UL team. All they need is the role players to play D and not turn the ball over. If that happens they will be a tough out for anyone come March

I'd worry about more important things than that. Check the score...this game is over. Without Patterson, this team is in the lower half of a bad SEC.

There's a reason why they mention Harangoady and Griffin and then say "I'd throw Patterson in that group, as well."
