Congrats to the young Ads.

 

Even though they are a "hated" cross town rival, I have nothing but love for the young Ads as long as they are facing my beloved Black and Gold Rebels.

Congrads to the young Ads. Two big take downs in a row. Just think if they still had senior Leonard Macon?? Looks like they are on their way without him.

I have to agree about Macon..If he were still at Danville I can only imagine how good this team would be...

He played a nice game...I heard his points but I forgot...He hit a nice 3 to force Overtime...

I said back in the summer that Danville would be my pick to win the 12th, if Macon were still there. Danville has some nice wins this season. They have defeated Lincoln, Adair and McCreary Central. Lincoln blew them out in their second meeting. Danville is not the team of the past few seasons where you show up, collect a W and head to the house. They are a threat to win against every team in the 12th region.

I predict the Ads will be playing in Richmond very shortly.

Tough loss for Adair Co, the way the game was called went against us for sure, but we had our chances to win and didnt comeup with the plays. Ballou had 21 pts and 14 rbs. The little guard for Danville had a great game. Leonard Macon he plays for our rival Taylor Co in our district, he is 0-3 against Adair Co so far.

When I saw Adair County at the Catholic tournament, they were decent. Shot the ball pretty well and the big man was efficient. But they seemed terribly slow. Because of that, I could see how a team like Danville could pressure the ball, push the tempo and beat Adair County.

Well said. Danville is improving and will make an already difficult 45th District tournament that much harder.
