The Late-Niners ('09) Thread: New Year...Old Friends

Featured Replies

I've been talking about going to DC for the past year or so. I'd like to do it in May or June before it get really hot and really crowded. Haven't been there since my step dad was in the FBI academy. Was pretty awesome though, the white house was so neat, ha guys working in the garden with machine guns on their hips, pretty intense.

I'm going to see my best friend around then. I'm pretty excited to just go back to the museums and to see the Pentagon and my old school lol.

Well I could've replaced knee brace with life time supply of pizza and gotten the same answer, I know how you feel about the topic.

lol exactly and I don't even like pizza. You know what to do :)

I think it would be really cool to see all of the hidden passageways and what not that are probably in the White House.

You can go on a tour of the White House, but they don't show you the cool stuff ha.

BTW, FBI academy was pretty pimp to, they definitely had a ghost town type of shooting range just like they would portray in the movies, but over the top, was pretty neat.

Yeah I know...so what's the point lol.

When I made that comment, I was thinking about the National Treasure movies. I know they are probably mostly fictional, but I think they are pretty cool and fun to think about.

When I was in Israel in 2004 it was like a huge fighting time, almost how it is now, and we had a guy with us 24/7 strapped with an AK.

It was dirty.:ylsuper:

You have friends, gosh you're just full of surprises tonight. I've thought about being random and just taking a train up there, however when I graduate I would love to do something like that on the new motorcycle.

We got to sneak through the White House kitchen and go up in the President's private elevator. But don't expect to do that on the tour.
