Glad to see the Rams put a game together. Turnovers is what has been killing them. They have to protect the ball. Congratulations to the Rams.

Yet another bad loss for the Lions. Things are bad in the County and i think they will get worse before the situation gets any better.

You pretty well hit that one on the nose. I do believe it will get worse soon.

Congrats to the Rams on the Win! :ylsuper:

The Rams needed one like this to maybe get back on track, a very inmexperienced team that has been plauged by turovers. Hopefully this will help get things going. Stay focused and keep working hard Rams!

What changed for each team from last week?

I watched the Boyd/Raceland game and I really felt Boyd was at least 10 pts better. Of course that was without Raceland's PG. He must be a strong player or something else really changed.

Good luck to both teams the rest of the year.

Boyd was without Wilson and Ginglesperger, but give Raceland credit the out hustled a outmaned Boyd team.

Was Wilson and Gindlesperger injured?

In the first matchup, Raceland was without Tyler Boyles, the SG. He is one of only two Raceland players with varsity experience, and the leading scorer. I would say that is the big difference. Raceland only has two seniors this year, one has never played basketball before. Boyles is the only "experienced" senior on the team. He and Cody Barker are the only player returning with any varsity experience.

Raceland is very young and inexperienced this year, it is going to take some time for them to learn to play together, as shown by the turnover problem.

I agree. I could tell they were very inexperienced and mostly no self confidence yet. Also was posted earlier that Wilson and Gindlesperger was not playing for Boyd. Wilson adds a good athlete on the floor and Gindlesperger is their only pure shooter, so I am sure that helped Raceland as well. Either way, it is a good win for Raceland.:thumb:

I agree, not having those two would change the game as well. I wonder why they did not play, I watched the Boyd County game yesterday, and I say one player get hurt, possibly a concussion, but it was not Wilson.

Was it Gindlesperger?

Wilson and Ginglesperger were down with the virus, and the kid that got hurt in the game was Hall, possiable concussion, but he played tonight and I think he was leading scorer.

Thanks for the info.
