Brossart just got beat by Campbell by 18...this can't be good for the Birds.

I wonder how many touches Stephen K got tonight? Birds are held to 53 points tonight and only 57 last night. What happened to Willie's run and gun offense?

Could the football kids coming in have something to do with it? Seems like ever since Grubbs and Welz came in, both Dill and Watson's production has gone down?

I have no clue but Grubbs got 12 in the Varsity game and played in the JV game scoring only 5. I think Dill's days are numbered as a starter if they dont get much more production out of him. Is Grote hurt or something? I didnt hear his name when Mustang was going over game stats online. Maybe I missed it though.

 

The Birds either have to get 18 to 20 out of Stephen K each night or Grote/Watson/Kowolonek all have to hit double figures. Lother stepped up and scored 12 tonight.

 

I think once they are all playing together they will be as advertised.

I think their biggest downfall right now is they aren't playing as a team and that's what may be affecting them. It's tough to have 3 new kids come in and still have the same chemistry. They'll be fine by Feb. Mark it down.

I guess Campbell is a tad bit underrated as is Brossart

Maybe the relentless D played by the Camels had something to do with this. Brossart seemed totally intimidated.

And HHS doesn't play D. Big difference in the CCHS versus tonight was that Brossart hit the 3. Against CCHS, they were terrible from the outside. Tonight, LIGHTS OUT

I cant believe we have not had one post from a fan that was at the game.
