I looked at the box scores and he is not listed. He must have not played. Is he hurt? I thought they would win this game also.

Tyrell Means scored on a putback with three seconds to go to lift Ballard over Tates Creek 62-60 in a Defenders of the Station Tournament boys' basketball game last night in Lexington, Ky.

 

Helped by Ballard turnovers, Tates Creek had rallied from a nine-point deficit to tie the score 60-60, setting up a hectic finish.

 

After both teams squandered scoring opportunities, Means, who had 10 points and 10 rebounds, made the game-winner after grabbing a missed shot by Ian Chiles, who led Ballard (5-2) with 23 points.

 

Marcellus Barksdale led Tates Creek (3-4) with 18 points.
