Could someone explain what this penalty is please?

That pretty much wraps this one up...

I suspected Central would find the going a little easier as the game progressed. Breathitt almost had to play with the lead in this game, unless Central shot themselves in the foot with mistakes.

Breathitt was apparently mimicking the QB in an attempt to cause a false start...

 

That's not allowed.
