St. Patrick 71 Bracken Co. 60

Congrats to the Saints. I apologize to them and thier fans. I didn't give them near enough credit. The battle for the district will be a special one this year.

St Pat has a big 3rd Quarter and that is what won the game.

They out scored Bracken Co 28-13.

I saw this one and I bet all the bracken fans feel dumb for counting saints out. Saints should of won by much bigger margin

Think I called this one right, said Saints would win by 10 and fact that they could have won by more says Bears still need work, but the season is young, Bracken should be much improved when they go to Maysville for the rematch.

Early statement by St. Pat as district favorites. But it is still early. This should, for the first time in a while, be a very competitive district.

I saw St Patrick Maysville play at Ludlow. Does anyone have stats for this game?

I don't feel dumb, and I didn't count them out. I gave Bracken the slight edge for playing at home.

I agree, the Saints could have/should have won by more. After reading the predictions thread....I wondered how many would be eating their words this morning. I hate to make predictions, especially this early in the season, just for that reason.

So, according to you and hippo, anyone who is incorrect on a prediction is dumb?

Does anyone have stats or details, on the game?

Ledger-Independent had very little on this game. Listed some top scorers from both but no Box Score. Pretty dissapointing when no other area varsity team was playing.

This was only the Lady Saints second game and they won by 11 on the road. I only hope that they continue to improve. The whole team contributed to the win, with alot of help from the bench. Coach Douglas deserves credit for getting them turned around at halftime. Good luck Thursday and Friday. Go Irish!

Don't know anybody that predicts everything correctly, that is why it is fun.
