Yeah I usually find myself in that situation too. The security is air tight at this place though. They don't mind for you to be drunk and loud but they'll throw you out for anything past that.

A few nights ago I was there playing poker. A guy at my table had a drink, some type of draft beer and it was very obvious that he wasn't drunk. He spilled his drink on the table and was immediately escorted to the cashier to cash out his chips and then escorted out.

I thought it was a little excessive but I'd rather them be strict than have to go there with a 10 person group because you'd been jumped so many times.

I still would probably avoid it unless vacationing, I'd be too busy watching other people to really enjoy myself. People watching is awesome, but not when you don't want to be.

So apparently the site was just out of whack.

lol..=/ no hun, it was like 10 to 11.

haha oh be quiet, I didn't do that on purpose.

I explained earlier my wrist/shoulder situation. I went to the gym for a few earlier and tried to do some low weight lifting as you suggested. Bench press was fine with around 160. How many reps should I be doing with low weights ? I've never done that. Back in the day when I lifted I did small sets of just under my max.

Also, have you ever used one of the total body gyms ? The self weight ones ? I've been looking at them lately and they just look like they would be easier on me. If I bought one I could work out more at home which I prefer to do.

I prefer to work out at home as well lol.

The above story made me think, I have bad luck with New Years Eve in Lexington. The following year I tried to break of a fight in between a girl and her ex. He pulled a knife and went to stab me in the chest, but I grabbed his hand just in time, he still managed to rip through my sweater and my t shirt, and scraped my chest. I was so incoherent that I laughed at him and instigated it further.:scared:

I've messed around with the total body. They aren't bad, but until your body acclimates to it, you'll want to not use alot of resistance. Even though it seems easy at first, it's typically different movements than what your body is used to, so you'll fatigue a little quicker, and can injure yourself easier as a result. Over all they're alright, not my thing, but they do work.

As for the weights, about how many times did you do 160. Do you do incline, I know you mentioned your shoulder, not sure what your injury is, mines seperated with a torn labrum and incline is not as hard on my shoulder as flat bench. Lastly one other thing, if you keep using weights for a while, do dumb bells occasionally for presses, helps with the stabilizer muscles, and you'll be more defined typically and less rounded out.

I whooped up on LuckyCharms tonight in BBall. :D

Slow night, you missed the 11 o'clock rush.

Its pretty impressive how fast time goes by when you're not really paying attention. I started looking at the BGP facebook group at 2...its now 2:42. I thought I was looking at that for like 10 minutes.
