November 24, 200817 yr Cardinals still trying to hang in there against the Giants. New York has been in control most of the game though. Also for an earlier game, Cowboys got healthy today (except for Felix Jones) and looked pretty good. T.O. had a huge day, and they started to work Roy Williams more in the passing game. Albeit it was against the niners, but a win next weekend would bring them to 8-4 and with the Eagles dropping one after the tie, and with the Skins' not playing their best right now, should put Dallas in prime position to make the playoffs. As with what we saw last year, if a team can get hot at the right time they can do a lot of damage, and with all the talent the Boys' have on their roster, it wouldn't be too difficult to invision the possibility of them heating up around playoff time. Furthermore, Terrence Newman has drastically changed the play of the Dallas secondary after being out the entire season up to last week. And as mentioned last week, his leadership has been something the Cowboys have been missing ever since Roy Williams got shelved for the rest of the season. On another note, Tyler Thigpen had another pretty good day as the Chiefs QB. The Bills ended up running away with it in the end but thats now four or five weeks in a row Thigpen has put up big numbers for the Chiefs. The Eagles are falling apart, and maybe they brough Westbrook back too early. It's a amazing how important he is to their offense. The New York Bretts just keep looking better with every game they play. With a normally stingy Defense, New York found some holes in it today. It's so fun to watch Brett Favre play, after all the starts and after all the records, he still enjoys being out there more than any one in the league. Without Favre under center, the Jets would be lucky to have 3-4 wins.
November 24, 200817 yr Someone scored a TD but I won't say who it was. I have Larry fitzgerald and it seems Boldin always gets the TDs... :irked:
November 24, 200817 yr How does he let that ball go through his hands on the onside kick? Giants got it locked up.

Romo's 75 yard TD throw was the longest of his career. Romo was 23-of-39 for 341 yards and 3 touchdowns. The Cowboys blocked a punt for a safety for the first time since 1992.

November 24, 200817 yr And the Giants will most likely win unless the Cards pull off a miracle. 37-26 with under 2 minutes to go. I'm hearing "Let's Go giants" chants throughout the Cardinals stadium .
