Folks don't punish Bama. You would feel the same as I do if your team was in the position as my team, in fact put yourself in a Bama fan's shoes or a team that is undefeated and #1 and people are showing no respect, how would you feel? The playoffs started back in August. We'll get the chance soon to see if Bama is the best in their conference. You think Bama beats Texas or OU today?

The playoffs started back in August. Florida spanked a once number one ranked Georgia team, also handled Vandy, USC, and LSU. On the the hand 'Bama almost lost to, I hate to say it, a weak UK opponent at home. Also only beat LSU by a TD. In reality we all know UF is he best team in the country.

But do I give up on my team because of these pass happy/spread shotguns/ teams? No, but I'll say this,,,,Bama is back, recruiting is going great, and defense wins championships.
November 24, 200817 yr Yep.. Alabama hasn't slipped up and lost a game they shouldn't have, that is why the sit alone at number 1. I'd love to be number one and not get any respect, it'd make every victory that much better.

Bama is definitely back and their recruiting should get even better. I forsee them being them and UF being the dominant teams in the SEC on an annual basis.
