It's an even number year (08) and we are the even number district (8) so, yeah, it's at Corbin.

I heard the same things, too, and I agree with you. That was very, very sad to hear grown adults say things like that.

 

Its a rotten shame and truly takes a complete redneck to do that.

I hope we have a lot better showing from the fans next week, no matter what the weather is. The last 2 weeks has been very sad attendance wise.

I do too. Based on the hype and weather, I can understand the turnout but next week we need a crowd and a half. People view Corbin as somewhat of a Mecca of mountain football. Prestonsburg is right up there too and id hate to let them down. Plus these kids have busted their humps to give us what we have always wanted..that is perfection. They deserve the support as do the coaches.

Not surprised Bath Co. made a game of this one. They're a scrappy bunch that play very hard. Look for them to keep improving and be a real tough out over the next couple years.

 

The Blackcats will be coming to call next Friday... ought to be a GREAT game !!

It's a shame that Goforth's injury occurred on a kickoff where he was on a dead sprint and a Bath County player dives at his ankles and breaks his leg that is sad and No the kid wasn't flagged for a block below the waist...Get Well Soon..I will be praying for you......

These kids and coaches will have to "bust their humps" a little harder this week. Prestonsburg is for real and probably the best team we have played to date.

 

No reason to look ahead in this game. Every game from here on is a championship game.

 

I support the coaches 100%. I just hope they remember that we are a running team and we have Mr. Watkins and Mr. Campbell in the backfield. A pass on 1st down 2 - 3 times a game would be ok to loosen the D up a little.....................

I didn't see the hit, I was hoping it was clean. Guess not, that's about the time red streaks started showing on Bath Co.
