Who are the top three teams Pick Central beat and what was the score?

 

Hillard Davidson -- 7-3 (Last week in the playoffs)

 

Upper Arlington -- 23-6 and 24-16 (played first game of the year and in playoffs)

 

Grove City --- 37-19 (mid season game)

 

This should be a very good game between these teams as good as the Colerain game... Do not know. They seem to go by the bend but don't break model of defense, this might not work against Elder.

You know how the EKY posters get riled up with the perceived lack of respect from NKY shools? Well, many of the NKY posters feel the same way about a lack of respect for our football teams from the Cincy schools/fans. Plus, the big schools in Cincy play at a very high level. Imagine having 6 or 7 Louisville Trinitys or St. Xs every year.

I would say since Colerain pretty much had their way with Highlands and Cov Cath would have done better not to even show up to play Elder. How these two teams did playing each other should be of some interest to the KY board.

Spot on! Colerain dominated this game with over 300yrds rushing. You can't turn the ball over 5 times and expect to win. The turnovers were unforced, mostly bad pitches and missed snaps and it still took double OT for Elder to beat them.

 

I was very surprised, I thought Elder would have their way with Colerain but I was wrong, Colerain was the better team on the field. Colerain won't be beat in the next two season's, especially with the QB from Princeton transferring to play next season.

It was only 4 turnovers...not 5. :cry:

 

It's just this way against Elder. Every other team we usually play our best and if we lose, it's because we got beat by a better football team. But for some reason, we can't get the Elder monkey off our back when the two teams are close in talent and ability. They get every break and they get every fumble. Just the way it is.

 

Elder will handle Pick Central with relative ease. 24-10 is my prediction. And I think they have too much for Iggy too. Remember, St. Xavier (OH) (4-6) took Iggy to OT...Elder beat X 33-18, and it wasn't that close.

 

...frustrating...but, back to KY stuff...

Regardless if Spencer Ware transfers or not Colerain should be pretty good.

That's a done deal. Was in class this week.

 

And IF he plays offense, there won't be a defense in the state that will keep us under 30 points in any game next season.
