November 12, 200817 yr If you want to know if it works, I'll show you. These are my 2 month photos, now bear in mind I am an almost-36 year old mother of 5. At the time of these pictures, my youngest child was 10 months old. If you follow the food plan and the workouts, it will work. You are a freakin brute three! Are those veins??? Geez.
November 12, 200817 yr it is not recommended for people with shoulder or knee problems because it is a very intense program. Pshhhh, I'll be the judge of that.:fight:

November 12, 200817 yr How do you find time to do the nurtritional plan with kids/work etc. I feel like I have to really work hard to find a time to workout (and I enjoy working out) but don't see how I can conventionally do the food program etc. I am also in sales and get free lunch about everyday from places like OCharley's, Applebees, Caterers etc so it's tough not to eat good food:)

You have to think ahead at first about what you are going to eat. I make sure I have snacks throughout the day because I get really hungry between meals (especially on Plyometrics day!) It was only difficult for the first couple of weeks. I understand about the temptation of good food, but for me, it was mind over matter. I was not going to work out that hard 6 days a week and not enjoy the fruits of my labor. I wanted to make sure that I could maximize my results and you can only do that by following the nutritional plan.
