Hazard is tough and M'boro is down, but not that down. and I would take them over Frankfort AT THIS TIME.

Corbin had a fight out of Middlesboro that I don't think they would have had out of Frankfort. JMO.

Williamsburg has taken every opponent to the woodshed with the exception of Frankfort. They were a controversal call away from winning that one. So with that said, I think the Jackets have earned their ranking and have shown thus far they are a top 10 class A team. If the Jackets run the table and keep improving then no one will be able question their schedule or their performance this season. Injuries have not been kind to Lynn Camp. If they can somehow get people healthy they too can win a couple games in the playoffs. I think this game means more to the Jackets than the Wildcats. Williamsburg is looking to continue their winning ways. Lynn Camp needs to get all their players on the field then game condition and take it from there.

I don't know if I would go that far I would take Frankfort over Middlesboro this year, they aren't the Middlesboro of old anymore. As far as Hazard well thats a toss up to me right now.

 

Williamsburg lost to Frankfort. If LC would win out against Hazard and Middlesboro, I feel both teams are better then anything Williamsburg has beaten.

Congratulations to Lynn Camp and Coach Mitchell for playing a very difficult schedule.

Rain will help LC. LC cant turn the ball over which in previous games against Wburg has been a problem.They need to also have ball control.

I don't think they water the field down, but mysteriously the field was wet last year. I do not know if they have drainage problems on that field or what. No where else around the stadium was wet, even at lower elavations. I thought this killed Lynn Camp last year. With as Dry as it's been, the field will not get soaked tonight. I do not see it being a factor against the Jackets.

One of the biggest differences to me from last year is the fact last year all the Jackets had to do was beat Lynn Camp to take over the top spot in the district. For Lynn Camp this year, not only do they have to beat the Jackets but also Hazard and Middelsboro to take over the top spot(not to mention have Williamsburg lose to Pineville). The jacket fans and players knew that going into the game, that there destiney was definetly in their hands.

If you mean they beat everyone else that is true. If you said this meaning they completely dominated everyone else (which is usually what is meant) then I totally disagree with you. I was at the campbellsville game and W-burg was just a couple of C-ville mistakes away from not winning and I was at the Mccreary game and W-burg was a couple of fumbles away from not winning. Don't get me wrong W-burg earned both of those wins I'm just saying they didn't dominate those games. With that being said, I think LC (if 90%-95% healthy) has a chance to win this game but they can not make mistakes because W-burg does a real good job capitalizing on other teams mistake and of course that is what good teams do. I think this will be a good game, wish I could be there. Good luck to both teams!

That's right and IF he had wings he would scrape his butt hoping acrooss the ground either! What is your point? If you read the entire post, I said "Williamsburg EARNED those wins" I was just showing the fact that they were not blow-outs and that at any time those games could have went the other way. I applaud W-burg for their hard work and it has paid off so far in the close games, there just wasn't any woodsheds involved!

Then the next 2 weeks were important because of points. Lynn Camp lost both games to Hazard and Middlesboro and that allowed Williamsburg to take over first place. So, much like Williamsburg did last year, Lynn Camp must win to force a 3-way tie, and then take their destiny in their own hands. Lynn Camp's players and fans know that going into this game too and they are prepared.

Actually no, they would still need Williamsburg to loose. All that said Lynn camp wins, they still need the Jackets to loose. The year before Lynn camp could have won all the games they wanted to after the Williamsburg game. They were not going to catch up in points(as long as Williamsburg won at Pineville).Nice Try though!!!:lol:
