Wouldn't they also need Williamsburg to lose to Pineville at home, and get the three upsets in a row?

 

I forgot the word chance in my first post. However first things first is LC does have to take care of business themselves, before they worry about Willliamsburg losing to Pineville. If that happens it could be real close, just depends on what the other teams do. If LC would beat Hazard and Middlesboro, too bad quality of wins don't count for anything.

I am looking for a hard fought game with the Jackets coming out on top by about 16...Not sure how the weather might affect this one, it could be a factor...Also the Jacket team that showed up to play against Harlan better not show up for Lynn Camp or this could be a upset...

I get tired of Williamsburgs schedule getting trashed. Quality of wins? Last I looked Williamsburg has the advantage because of thier opponents overall wins.

LC could end up with some quility loses. What does that count for? Maybe Coach Herron should get scheduler of the year last two years for realizing there could very well be a 3 way tie and my schedule could put me 1st seed and give me home playoff games.

This will be a very interesting game. Bad weather favors LC. Not turning the ball over and ball control will be what LC has to do. Wburg will have to stop the run, be able to run the ball and not drop passes. I look forward to watching the game.

I really think a wet field favors Williamsburg. Last year I thought the wet field really hurt Lynn Camp. I guess we will see!!!

I'm gonna go with Lynn Camp in this one.

The schedule thing does not seem to be a dig, guys. Quality wins in this reference just means teams that win some games to give you points. (For example, knocking off a 0 win team gives you no points while knocking off All-Star High and their 11 game win streak helps you. I have defended W'burg's scheduling scince Black left.)

We were #2 last year and had a home playoff game, Les. We lost to Campbellsville at Mitchell field. (It's wrong in the article. C'ville was 3rd and Clinton 4th.)

The only hate that appears to go on is between some fans and a few BGP posters who stur things up. The games have been hard hitting but clean. I look for this one to be no different. LC getting healthy and Wburg playing better "D". Could be a low scoring affair with TO's and special teams making the difference.

Lynn Camp already has some pretty good quality losses in Harlan Co and Whitley Co. My comment wasn't a shot at Williamsburg schedule. My comment was meant that if LC would win and still fall short of first place, that too bad the quality of teams they beat wouldn't count for anything. Williamsburg has had a fine schedule, but I feel pretty confident that Middlesboro and Hazard are better then anything Williamsburg has played this year, but that doesn't mean Williamsburg doesn't deserve first if they get it.

I don't know if I would go that far I would take Frankfort over Middlesboro this year, they aren't the Middlesboro of old anymore. As far as Hazard well thats a toss up to me right now.
