Hazard comes into The Nest with only one loss on the season to an undefeated Green Co. team in Week One while JC has yet to lose. Both are Mountain powers in there respective classes. What are everyones thoughts on how this one will go?

If JC is focused on the task at hand they will have too much size and depth for Hazard and will win by a few TD's..... but... if JC slighlty overlooks Hazard then Olinger will eat them alive and this game will be a shootout.

JC 40

Hazard 21

I would love to see the 1A knock off the 5A but I dont think it will happen. JC by 21. You gotta give credit to Hazard for playing this tough of a schedule.

Johnson Central 34-7.

I do give them credit for their schedule - it will make them strong. :thumb:

But, JC is too much for Hazard this year.

We, Raceland, scrimmaged JC along with Pikeville in the first scrimmage of the year. We have what I would consider a top notch offensive and defensive line and JC threw them around and punished us physically. I have to take the undefeated and much bigger school in this one. (No offense intended towards a great 1A power in Hazard.)

JC bing time in this one! Its safe to say they can overlook these next two weeks and get ready for a district championship game in Putnam Stadium on Oct. 31 at 7:30 on Elm Street. This could be a stroyline if we have a full moon out for Haloween night.

Hazard is a great team and could be on the carpet in December but JC is just too deep and talented for Hazard.

This thinking is why I think Hazard just might pull it off. Don't over look them, I'm by no means a fan of Hazard the way I've seen them run up the score in the past on people, but they are good enough to give JC fits. Make no mistake about, their offense will score points and if JC has some offensive problems of their own watch out this could be a shocker.

Is there bad blood between these two teams.

Is there bad blood between these two teams.

I wouldnt think so. Im sure it will be a intense game between two local schools looking to assert themselves but I cant recall these 2 schools every playing before. Maybe someone can confirm?

JC will take this one by a couple of td's

JC will win big is this game.
