Evan Faulkner way to low ! I Counted 10 guards whether they are a 1 or a 2 that he should be rated ahead of. I'm sure shooterx3 would agree.

 

Here's a question. With Ethan at #7 and Evan at #27, is there really that big of a gap between those two as to who's more talented?

I think CJ Penny is a little too high. I believe Jenkins and Sanford are better than him, although he is a very nice player. Wesley Cox is way too low. I would probably have him around #6. All and all I think the guy is fairly accurate though.

I agree.

Jordan Hickman at 32 is way to low. I think this will give him more incentive to prove people wrong.

I believe there is a gap between the 2. I think Ethan is much more talented, Evan is talented as well.

If they wore the same number it would be difficult to tell them apart talent wise. As they are identical twins each could pass for the other.

You know, I guess it is really in the eyes of the beholder. Some may view Evan as better than Ethan. One thing is for sure, there isn't a pair of guards in the state that are closer and work as well together.

If only all guard combinations could be twin brothers!

One will have a difficult time finding a harder playing guard duo. On the court they do things a little differently, but both have ability to play the one or two.

Ethan at #7, Ferg #16, Evan at #27. If there is a better trio of guards in the state then bring them on. In fact along with Chris Knipp Elliott will start 4 guards and Timmy Knipp who even at 6'7-6'8" is more of a three. Elliott really has no one close to a power forward or center. Take those three guards and add a Leonard Macon and Richie Phares and you have a real top notch team. Oh yea, that was the starting five for Derek Smith 17U All-Stars this summer.

 

Congrads to Ferg, Ethan, and Evan. And you know what?? Three well grounded down to earth hard working nice young men who just love to play hoops and happen to play it pretty darn well.

That shocks me. Not saying the kid isn't good, but most don't have him as the best in the 15th.

Two players left off this list that I would take in a pickup game over many others on the list are,

 

Taylor Botkin, Lexington Catholic....I think he will be be looking to score more this season with graduation of a very talented senior class. He is a very good all around player and scorer. I am at a total loss why he never gets any mention.

 

Deron Hicks, Franklin County....He has not played any AAU ball since 8th grade as he focuses on football when basketball season is over, therefore he doesn't get the exposure. This kid is cat quick and can flat out play. He is a lock down defender.

I will vouch for Botkins. Steady player that gets his job done. He is overlooked because he plays in the staunch 11th region where other talent often has him getting overlooked.
