Scott Co 24 Madison Central 21

Sunrise, when does SC and GRC play?

Very True. X has to be consensus #1 at this point and Trinity an uncontested #2 by any objective and knowledgeable voter. They should probably leave the next 8 spaces blank and start at #11 for the third best team.

Now wait a minute. Didn't I see one #1 vote for Trinity in this week's poll?.

Oct. 24th at GRC. GRC has a off week this week. We need it to get some injuries healed.

I don't want to throw any heavy stones but putting any other 6A team ahead of T or X this year shows a severe lack of knowledge and a serious flaw in the system.

6A is just bad this year not counting St. X and Trinity. Madison Central scrimmaged Lexington Catholic and Boyle County this year and lost both of them and lost bad to Boyle, I believe they were shut out. So, Central losing to Scott County a team they have not beaten since 1999 is no suprise.

Tough loss for MC...Scott Co. just has their #. I still think Central is the best team in the Lexington area, (though that's not saying much).

They might be but Henry Clay has got their best player back in Hooker and they may be the best now. He hasn't played this year till the Clark County game and he is the only major athlete Henry Clay had returning off last years team. I look for them to get better as the playoffs get closer.

I find it hard to believe that you do count Simpson as a MAJOR athlete, who is returning off last year's team.

Centers cant score touchdowns. Without Hooker they havent won a game with him they are 2-0. Simpson is a good player but not someone who changes whether you win or lose like Hooker does.

Good win for SC....heck even the new sports reporter in Gtown picked Central...that probably wasnt a good idea :)

Good win for the Cards. Can't wait for the Cards vs. the Cards.

They had Hooker when Lafayette beat them a couple of weeks ago.

McKee outcoaches Turner every year.

Is Scott county's kicker only a sophmore? He had a couple of kickoffs that went through the uprights. with no or little wind.

I wouldn't say that he out coached him.

Although I couldn't figure out why Central drove the ball the full length of the field on the ground the way they did and then tried to pass it into the endzone resulting in two loss of down penaltys.

How is Dini doing? They said that he had to come out of the game Friday from being hit so hard and that when his teammates tried to talk to him he was just sitting there in a daze. Is he Ok?

What about Williams? How is he doing?

Are there even more injuries? I missed last week.
