Trinity still got a first place vote and MC was put ahead of them? Is GRC the best team that MC has played?

Ballard beat Male by 17 and is still two slots behind them. I wonder if they even look at the scoreboard?

No way MC should be ranked ahead of Trinity....and GRC or Mercer County have been their best opponents.

 

The schedule gets better as the season goes for them as they have Scott County, Highlands, and Boone County remaining.

Everyone doubted them during the begining of the season but the real test will be when they play Henry Clay and Madison Central in the next couple of weeks.

I don't understand how anyone can look at 6A this year and put anyone ahead of Trinity or St. X, but that's neither here nor there. What's far stranger is that Trinity still managed a first-place vote after getting flat-out worked on Friday.

Boone will have a couple of real tests before HC and MC. I'm not sold on Boone yet. No one in their right mind could have anyone other than St. X as #1 and Trinity as #2 at this point in the season. There is a wide gap between the top 2 and others.

Boone still has Simon Kenton, Dixie and Ryle before they get to Henry Clay and Madison Central. I think they beat SK and Dixie easily. Anything can happen when they play Ryle. So they sure will be tested the last 5 weeks of the regular season. I guess we will see if they are a solid team.
