halfback20
It's called seeing the writing on the wall. Did you vote for Bush? If so, why didn't you see the writing on the wall then?

Please don't give me the tired old Iraq garbage we've been over a thousand times. Don't say the economy, I don't lay that at his feet. Don't say gas prices, not his fault. So what ecactly are you speaking of. I thought you weren't an Obama fan, yet here you are, once again, defending him. :sssh:
NEXT
Instead of hoping that you will be able to use the "I told you so" defense, why not just hope that you are wrong and that Obama ends up doing good things for our country? Because he won't! If anyone honestly wanted whats best for this country you would look at their records and pattern of behavior. If you did that, you would realize Obama is a socialist first and foremost, and wants to destroy free markets with his health care plan and wants to revoke the rights of the people. HE(most democrats) thinks he knows what is best for you, what is best for your money and what is safe for you. He has PROVEN ties to terrorist and MOB bosses. He is an elitist. He will do exactly what I think he will. It should scare you to think of the judges he will appoint to the SCOTUS. Anyone that votes for him IMHO, has fallen victim to a hype machine and cannot think for themselves.

I could make a similar list of points for McCain or Palin or Bush...and end with the same statement. I don't claim to be able to predict the future, as some of you evidently do, but if Obama is elected, I am afraid that no matter WHAT he does, too many will only see the negatives. He could find a way bring Bin Laden to justice and people would complain.

If you are trying to convince me that George Bush has been anything better than a terrible President...you are going to have a hard time. He has not done a good job at all. I do not consider a war that has cost us thousands of lives and billions of dollars "tired old Iraq garbage".

NEXT
I take offense to that. You should, because as my grandfather and father told me, "If you lay with dogs, your bound to get flees"............... and Jeremiah Wright, Michael Pfleiger, Tony Rezko, Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dorhn, Frank Marshall Davis, Khalid Al-Mansour and other radicals are DOGS................. It makes no difference to me what you think of Bush or any politician, you're entitled to your opinion. I'm merely giving mine. As to the war, I'm talking about the same old tired arguments that have been squabbled over ad nauseam.
