Flu Shots

Featured Replies

I don't do no fad diets. Mine is just a plan to eat less and exercise more.

Good call.

That's what I did. I've lost around 80 pounds in the last year or so.

All diets suck. Preparation is the key to losing weight no matter what way you are trying to do it.

I got the flu shot last year because my dad bribed me (I'm a big baby when it comes to needles) and I still got sick. So, I doubt I will get it.

I got mine Friday and had forgotten about it. About 2-3 hours ago I had started to get a little congestion in my sinuses, took a "get well soon" pill that my wife had....didn't think much else, expcept that I was wondering where I could've caught something...then I read this thread. Huh?

Unless you have a fever there is nothing wrong with getting a flu shot. Also remember just because you get a shot doesn't mean you won't get the flu. They are simply predicting which strain will hit us, and they aren't perfect but they are pretty good. That is what science is all about best guessing.

I had forgot about it .....get one every year...yes I am over 50 nWo...:D Better call my Dr and set up an appt.:thumb:
