September 30, 200817 yr After two months of a herd of elephants above me, my patience is quite thin. In addition, I'm not aware of my new neighbor ever leaving the apartment long enough to go to a proper job, which makes me quite suspicious of nefarious activities going on, especially with all the visitors he gets. I hate to break this to you Jim, but it appears Dante lives upstairs in your building.

September 30, 200817 yr Author Post some signs on the grass.:thumb: It actually came down to that at one point last year...well, not so much signs, but people were parking in the grass so much that the grass was gone...just mud and tire tracks. They roped off the area so that people couldn't park there and it stopped for a while, but alas, it started again. The guy has now moved his car. I'm hoping that he doesn't stop by too often.

That would require me to start parking my car in the garage again, which I don't really want to do. Plus, he doesn't have a car. I'm probably going to have to start parking in the garage again anyway, since I called the landlord earlier tonight. I'm sure there will be some kind of retribution from the clown, as though I'm somehow in the wrong. It won't be pretty, then. Jim Schue does a pretty good job controlling his temper, but when it gets unhinged ... :fire:

But, on the serious side, I hope things improve for you. I lived in an apartment complex in Nashville for several years and I understand how aggrevating things can be at times.
