We need to remember Rule 9:

9. No discussion of ANY criminal behavior (charged or uncharged) in the high school forums. Discussion of adult criminal behavior is permitted in all non-high school forums. However, discussion of criminal behavior by juveniles (anyone under 18) is never permitted anywhere on BGP.

BTW, Proud of my Polar Bears for last night... you showed some heart, a lot of heart. If you play like that the rest of the year, who knows.

IMO, even with the studs out of the lineup for this game, FHS wins easy! Bracken has a player or two among them, but they do not yet play as a team and have not learned to win. FHS would have to sit a lot, I mean a lot, of players to make this an interesting game.

 

I stand corrected. It sounds like Bracken gave 'em all they wanted. I no there are really no moral victories in football, but keep playing hard and good things can happen. Congratulations to Bracken County on a solid effort against a very good Frankfort team. Coach Buckett said they looked out of their routine... maybe it was because Bracken was taking it to them a little on the field.

They stood together all day Friday as a team. coachbuckett you stated that Frankfort had some problems before the game. that is what Bracken had the week before against Eminence. Only the referees didn't give us any extra time to shake off the ride. The BC boys were also proud of how they played & how the fans were cheering.

You should be proud of your team. It is a shame that the officials didn't give you more time last week. We were lucky to have some good officials.

 

Best of luck to Bracken County. You have some nice young talent. I din't realize you add Bruce Jones to your staff. He has a good football mind. Keep him around.

Thanks I really don't know much about football but I & the boys like B.Jones as a person, teacher & coach. Let's just hope that BC front office likes him. they control everything no matter what.
