It is not as if have not seen Simpson play. I see how you think I am being a bit biased BUT after this game against New Cath, we will really see how Roenker is. I expect something special, and I know he will not prove me wrong, the kids got heart.

Is anyone else upset that this is a Saturday afternoon game? Usually not as many people go to those and for a big game, you would think it would be a Friday or Saturday night. Just don't think you will see as good of an atmosphere as there could be.

 

YES!! VERY this definatley affects the atmosphere and a game of this caliber should be a friday night game.

Where have you been? Last year was a talented team, I would say more talented. You have the team this year that played last yr. plus R. Walker, P. Moore, Oldiges, Reardon, West. All of which are good solid players. Last year there was some issues with how to coach the "O". Last year they shoud have went from the shotgun. I'll put any of these player against HC best this year.

 

Well quite honestly I have been to every game for about six years now.. So yeah.. You won't convince me or anyone on here that is an HC supporter that last years team was better than this years team..West and Reardon didn't prove anything all season.. P Moore didn't show up till the play off game against Lloyd... As for Walker and Oldiges I will hand it to you there HC's interior was very good on the D-line.. But as a team?? Nooo way.

Not trashing Jeff at all, I think he is a fine young man, just my 2 cents. And Roenker is on another level than Philip wait and see. Cody was very talented but it wasn't the system for him. Rob and Eric, there is no debating, were two of the better players to strap it on for HC.

Agree strongly, Robert Walker and Eric Oldiges had the most intensity and passion for the game than any Indian on that team last year and that is what made them so good.

As you know he broke his foot in the first week, but it's not healed yet, he has tried to run and make cuts but it's just to early for a comeback. He is the heart and soul of the D and is being missed, he has a lot of heart and will be back next week hopefully.
