Oh yeah!!!!!!

 

Will this replace one of the two Highlands-Ryle games scheduled for 2009? I do hope that HHS and Ryle are both able to find different opponents so that they only play each other once per year! I am not a big fan of two prep football teams playing each other twice in a regular season (what's the point???).

They should play. Two of the best programs in the State, right here in Northern ky. You can't go wrong.

Can someone post the 2009 schedule?

I assumed 2010. But the article had 2009 twice.

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!! Way to "step up" BW!! You don't get any better playing Brossart, Dayton, et al. But who will HHS scrimmage now?.....NCC????????

Beechwood will have a stud running back for these two upcoming yrs. I believe the kids name is Corey Crane. I remember this because he single handily help Simon Kenton beat HHS last yr in the Frosh Championship game.

These two teams playing will pack the stands.

As long as you have been posting why don't you get that BHS has to play Brossart/Dayton/Ludlow/Bellevue and next yr add WV. This is there district. You keep criticizing them for something they have no control over. I think BHS plays a very good non-district schedule every yr. This yr they have Dixie/Lloyd/CCH/Prestonburg, all much bigger schools. What more do you want, for them to move up to 5A? 2A would be nice, IMO!

They improved their schedule immensely by getting HHS in regular season. Dixie is big but 1 out of 5 years they are strong, Lloyd...when was the last time they were strong? CCH / NCC should be mainstays. I know they are restricted by the same district restraints that HHS has on them. Plus "competitive" Ohio schools don't want to risk Harbin points against BW/HHS. You can only "season" underclassmen playing some of the teams in district...which I guess isn't a bad thing in the long run...helps keep the team stronger all around.

Underclassmen will make a huge impact on the game next year.BW only has 8 juniors ,if I am not mistaken,on this years team.
