How many playoff wins do the current Cowboys have? How many players on the Cowboys roster have ever sniffed a playoff win?

Has Tony Romo ever won a playoff game, in high school, college, or the NFL?

How good was Eli before last year? How many people truly had faith in him before last year? A lot can change in a year. Heck Shaun Alexander was the MVP of the NFL just a few years ago and can't get a sniff now!

I just don't think we should crown anyone the "best" just yet, especially the Cowboys who have proved what...two or three years in a row that they can't win in the playoffs?

And it's a combination of not winning. Has Wade Phillips EVER coached a team to a playoff win? I can't remember any...

Has Tony Romo ever lead a team to a post season victory?

I understand you all are fans of the Cowboys and I'm a "hater", but I'm not going to be sold on them until they prove it to me in the playoffs.

Before last year, when was the last time that Eli or the Giants had won a playoff game?

Tom Coughlin had led a team to the AFC championship.

It's not just the quarterback or the team, the Cowboys coach can't win in the playoffs either.

 Wasn't that in the 90's? The point is this is a new season, different team and I don't really see what the past has to do with the present as far as the NFL is concerned.

 Sad. You really are such a hater. Last year is the past, get over it because it will likely be a long time until they have any real success again. Dallas, on the other hand, is on the way up while NY is on the way down. How 'Bout them Cowboys! :dancingpa

 Like we care if they ever "prove" anything to you.

Please explain how an organization fresh off a super bowl win, with a young QB, three talented young RB's, a GREAT offensive line, a GREAT defensive line, and a good coaching staff is "on the way down"?

So should opinions not be shared on this message board?

Does it matter? Coughlin has proved he can win in the post season. So has Eli. Tony Romo...has not. Wade Phillips...has not.

The only reason Cowboy fans want to forget the past is because that's the only argument they got. The Boys can't seal the deal when it comes playoff time...I know...that is hard to deal with.

You forgot that they have a pretty good receiver. Also, the only way they wouldn't be considered on the way down is if they win it all again and since thats not going to happen (at least I hope not) they would have to be technically on the way down.

The same way last year has anything to do with this year. ;)

Didn't say that, just said we don't care about yours when it comes to the Cowboys. :p

You can keep dancing around the real point if you want to but the fact is the past doesn't matter in the NFL, if it did the Giants wouldn't have won a single playoff game last year. As of right now, the Cowboys appear to be the best team in the NFL, get over it.
