This one might get ugly but if Scott can maintain control of the clock and pound the ball down Cov. Caths throat with Reyes and Bruner, I wouldnt be suprised to see this game come down to a last second play. Kyle Bruner will be jacked up Friday and I feel sorry for the first Colonel who gets that first blow from him.

CCH does indeed miss Bruner on the defensive side of the ball. That being said, I do not think any CCH player is "afraid" of being hit by him. Kyle may not even be a starting player on Cardinal Mooney.

Kyle had 20 plus tackles and 4 sacks in back to back games i believe quarter and semi finals in 06' the year they won state, as a sophmore, it is safe to say that he would have been a starting player for Cov Cath opening day, He would start at almost any school. I doubt Cov. Cath fears him, but the certainly aren't looking forward to seeing him.

Agreed. He played great against Lex Cath and was probably the reason they won, besides Pat VanSant's interception.

I agree with your last statement. I remember from an interview on ICN6 that the new Scott head coach said that he has no doubt Kyle can play at Gtown. That's a nice endorsement.

From what I remember, he can really run for his size. He will be a factor Friday.
