Yeah, I really think SK will control the line in this one. Just need to keep 26 for Dixie from cutting loose. He has got some speed

On paper, SK is probably the better team. However, like you said, they've played some very close games recently. I was hoping to drive down the road and check ok SK's new field, but I guess I'll have to suffice with the home field advantage.

SK does have the experienced players in this one. If Dixie's O-line can keep SK's defense out of QB Wilson's face most of the time and get Brock & Klei going, it could be a close one. Hopefully the young Colonel defense can keep Simpson's yardage to a minimum although it will be a tough task.

I've seen both teams play . I know how Dixie is at the start of the season . They plan on beating SK to get things going . Brock vs Simpson ( 2 X-Raiders ) Brock has alittle more speed , but Simpson is alittle more rounded as a player. The K'er thing hurts Dixie this year Big time ! I'll go with SK 24 -18 over Dixie this year !:cry: It should be a GREAT GAME to watch !!!:thumb:

I am going to say that after seeing what Beechwood did to Dixie, and how good that Sophomore class at SK is....It's a no-brainer that SK will win this one. When was the last time they beat Dixie? I am thinking it may be some years now. That would be one for the stat folks to look for.

The last win over Dixie may have been Dan Olberding's Sr season, I still remember Bubba stopping him at the goal line to preserve the Pioneer victory. That would have been '99 or '00. The past few seasons have been some good games.
