From what I've been able to find, they play regular 11-man football at the HS level in most of Canada. I think STM played all of their games as an 11-man team last year.

 

That makes sense. I could not see a team coming that far and have to play by totally different rules. Should be interesting to see the difference in Canadian and Ky. football.
